2 p.m. till 9 p.m. Sorry, no early check in. Check out: 11 a.m. There is no extended checkout or
luggage storage. Showers and lavatories available on the
beach. Children: Well behaved children aged 7 and older are welcome. Pets: Sorry, the only pets allowed are service
dogs. Deposit &
Cancellation: 50% deposit required to secure room. Reservations made
w/i 14 days of stay require full payment on your credit card.
Cancellations made prior to 14 days of your arrival will be refunded
less a $25 processing fee. No
cancellations will be refunded within 2 weeks of stay and room
will be paid in full. Since we are
such a small inn, every cancellation makes an impact. If
you must cancel w/i 14 days, perhaps you can send a guest in your place.

On the second floor, six rooms have A/C, sinks, & ceiling fans. Room 3, has
sink &
ceiling fan only. Three shared bathrooms on second floor.
The third floor, 5 rooms all with sinks/ceiling fans, 3 rooms with
double beds have AC, the two singles do not. There are 2
shared baths.
Outdoor shed has complimentary beach chairs, or bring your own to
store.
Smoke-free Inn. Smoking on the two porches is permitted.
