The Inn is available as a weekly, monthly, or summer rental. It is not a bed & breakfast. It can sleep 27 total in 14 bedrooms with 18 beds ranging from 1 queen, to 7 doubles and 10 singles. There are three porches, two kitchens, one dining room/living room combo, another living room and 6 bathrooms: 3 half, 3 full. The 2012 weekly rate is $6500 and includes 20 season beach passes – there is no additional charge for cleaning. There is also a shed full of beach chairs and a few umbrellas for your use in addition to about a dozen beach towels. Check in and check out day is Monday. Check in no earlier than 3 pm and check out no later than 11 a.m. Check calendar for availability. The season generally runs May 15- October 10. I will offer weekend rentals during May and September at $3000 / 2 night weekend, cleaning included. Memorial Day 2012 is a three night minimum at $3500 Contact us with your inquiry. If you wish to rent longer than one week, an agreeable price can be negotiated.
